Habitat's Mission

National Habitat

Welcome to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Waterbury

There are few families who do not dream of owning a home of their own. But one of the main obstacles to home ownership is difficulty in finding affordable housing with manageable financing.

For families with low incomes, it is more difficult...and usually impossible. But Habitat for Humanity helps make home ownership dreams come true through providing no-profit, no-interest mortgages. Habitat for Humanity helps bring hope to qualified, limited-income families. Habitat becomes a friend and partner to those in need.

Habitat of Greater Waterbury is in need of LAND.
Please contact Leonard Caine or call the Habitat office at 203-596-0014
if you would like to make a tax-deductible donation today!

We are also in need of new/used tools.
Click here to see our list of tax-deductible donations.

and Naugatuck's Duck Day!

As a Christian-based organization, we invite people of all faiths to partner with us in building dreams.....one house at a time.
